Emily took English riding lessons when we lived in Kansas, but her heart was never really in it.....
So, when we moved to Georgia and found that there is a stable that offers western riding with barrel racing and shooting just down the road from us......
we were thrilled!
MUCH more Emily's style ;D
My parents gave her riding lessons as a graduation gift.....
And once she's used them all up, she will be able to participate in a work-to-ride program!
She's really enjoying riding....
is meeting some really nice girls in her class.....
and seems to be picking up the new style very quickly!
We went over to watch her this week, and my mom took all these pictures.
I'm really looking forward to the barrel racing competitions!
I'm hoping I can get some of my other kiddos on horses too!
