It's true. At almost 11 months old, Caleb finally had his first
real bath!
It's taken me countless times of trying....
and feeling like he would never enjoy the water....
I even asked my pediatrician about his fear!
Since his birth, he's only had one bath a week, and even that's been the quickest cleaning EVER! We have been taking him in the shower with us, and he has screamed bloody murder every time. Oh, I
tried the bath....many,
many times! He was so incredibly afraid that the second his foot touched the water he was screaming. He would turn bright red, and I honestly found myself thinking he had some strange disease that made the water hurt him!!!!
I guess that's not the case ;-)
He even used to scream when we washed him with a washcloth or put his hand under the water running in the kitchen sink! It was a challenge, but with a little patience, we now have....

Yeah! Just in time for Summer time and pool time!
