One of our Christmas staples has always been fudge, and I have some great fudge recipes, but last year, I got a new one that I just have to share!!! It is the yummiest, melt-in-your-mouth fudge EVER, and so super easy ;-) Here it is:
Ingredients:
*2 cups semi-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips (no other brand!!!)
*14oz can sweetened condensed milk
*2 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla
*1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Line an 8-inch pan w/ parchment paper. Melt the chocolate chips and milk in the microwave or on stove top- don't burn! Stir in the vanilla and nuts. Spread in pan. Refrigerate for 2 hrs- cut when cool and firm. Store in fridge.
**Hint- I doubled this recipe and put it in a 9x13- worked perfect!!

It's even better if you use the bittersweet Ghiradelli chocolate. yum.
