Carnival Week- "blog-style" that is!

Before I begin, do I have any volunteers to come over here and help me clean up this child?! Seems he can't keep his food in his dish or his hands out of his hair ;-) And this is just ONE meal! Believe it or not, he now does this EVERY TIME HE EATS!! In fact, he had two baths yesterday, and still ended up walking around half the day with lollipop and chocolate milk in his hair!

In case you're wondering- that's yogurt he's slopping all over the place! Guess he heard it's good for his skin ..........and maybe his hair too?!?!
But none of that stopped him from going out for some quality guy-time with his big brothers.....


Yep, he had a great time....
...but it did nothing for his nasty hair!























Ok now, onto blog business! I have decided (due to the fact that I have doctor's appointments every day this week, and that it's the last week before school starts, and that Emily is having surgery and will be in a cast and on crutches after Wednesday!) to keep it SIMPLE and FUN this week and spend every day at a carnival- A BLOG CARNIVAL that is! Yep, I'm gonna try out a different carnival each and every day of this upcoming week, in hopes that it will make posting easier during the chaos! Oh look, what's this, you don't recognize the carnival for Thursday- never heard of it?! Well, that's because it's new, and you'll be able to find it right here at Zack's Gang!!! Some (a very few!) may remember a while back when I tried to start my own weekly carnival on Tuesdays- about the same time that The Mcklinky Blog Hop came along! Needless to say, I didn't think I would be able to compete with such a big carnival, not to mention the fact that I wanted to be able to participate in it as well ;-) So, I finally decided that I might be able to squeeze it in on Thursdays, and I'll try to get it going once again. How long it lasts will be up to YOU all! My theme is Top Tips, and the idea is to write up a post about something you have found that makes your everyday life just a little easier! And it can be ANYTHING- from simple recipes, to stain-removal techniques, to organizational tips.... my thought is that there are so many great tips out there, and we sometimes get too busy to share them on our blog, but if we have one place where we can go to check them ALL out, it will benefit us ALL!
